DanceHer is the early night out women always needed but never had: a series of hip hop dance parties that end by 10 pm. No late-night chaos or unwanted company. Built for joy, nostalgia, and the radical act of protecting our bedtimes, DanceHer brings together a community of women who love going out dancing as much as a good night’s sleep.

About the Founder
Venus Liles is a lawyer by day, with her own law practice (Liles Law) — helping female founders make their dreams a reality by starting their own businesses. An entrepreneur at heart, Venus loves creating innovative concepts, gathering people together, and dancing whenever possible.
“I created DanceHer because I realized we women are quietly asked to give up the things that make us feel most like ourselves. We traded dance floors for responsibilities, late nights for early alarms, and pure joy for productivity. But the desire to really let go and feel something never went away. We deserve a space to feel alive again. And we don’t need to do this in spite of the lives we've built. We can do it right smack in the middle of them. I wholeheartedly believe that we shouldn’t have to choose between fun and functioning. DanceHer gives us a space to shake it, laugh loud, sweat a little, and remember what it feels like to be fully, unapologetically present in our own bodies.”
